By using the Bareed platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. وصف الخدمة2. Service Description
بريد هي منصة تسويق بالبريد الإلكتروني مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، مصممة خصيصاً لتجار منصة سلة. توفر المنصة أدوات لإنشاء وإرسال وتتبع حملات البريد الإلكتروني التسويقية، بما في ذلك توليد المحتوى بالذكاء الاصطناعي، تقسيم العملاء، الأتمتة، والتحليلات.
Bareed is an AI-powered email marketing platform built specifically for Salla e-commerce merchants. The Platform provides tools for creating, sending, and tracking email marketing campaigns, including AI content generation, customer segmentation, automation, and analytics.
3. التسجيل والحساب3. Registration & Account
يجب أن تكون 18 سنة أو أكبر لاستخدام المنصةYou must be 18 years or older to use the Platform
معلومات التسجيل يجب أن تكون صحيحة ودقيقة ومحدّثةRegistration information must be accurate, correct, and up to date
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان حسابك وكلمة المرور الخاصة بكYou are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
يجب إبلاغنا فوراً في حال اكتشاف أي استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابكYou must notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account
4. الاستخدام المقبول4. Acceptable Use
إرسال الإيميلات فقط للعملاء الذين وافقوا على استلام الرسائل التسويقيةSend emails only to recipients who have opted in to receive marketing messages
إرسال محتوى قانوني ولا يخالف الأنظمة المعمول بهاSend only legal content that complies with applicable regulations
عدم إرسال رسائل سبام أو محتوى مضلل أو خادعDo not send spam, misleading, or deceptive content
عدم استخدام قوائم بريدية مشتراة أو مؤجرة أو تم جمعها بدون موافقةDo not use purchased, rented, or non-consensually collected email lists
5. الاستخدام المحظور5. Prohibited Use
إرسال رسائل لعناوين بريدية بدون موافقة مسبقة من أصحابهاSending emails to addresses without prior consent from the recipients
إرسال محتوى غير قانوني، احتيالي، أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرينSending illegal, fraudulent content, or content that infringes on others' rights
محاولة اختراق المنصة أو إساءة استخدامها أو التلاعب بأنظمتهاAttempting to hack, abuse, or tamper with the Platform's systems
إعادة بيع الخدمة أو أي جزء منها بدون إذن كتابي مسبقReselling the service or any part of it without prior written permission
6. سياسة الإرسال6. Sending Policy
نراقب باستمرار معدلات الارتداد (Bounce Rate) ومعدلات الشكاوى (Complaint Rate) لجميع الحساباتWe continuously monitor bounce rates and complaint rates for all accounts
نحتفظ بحق إيقاف الحساب مؤقتاً أو نهائياً إذا تجاوز معدل الارتداد 5% أو معدل الشكاوى 0.1%We reserve the right to suspend accounts temporarily or permanently if the bounce rate exceeds 5% or the complaint rate exceeds 0.1%
حدود الإرسال الشهرية تعتمد على الخطة المختارة ولا يمكن تجاوزهاMonthly sending limits depend on your selected plan and cannot be exceeded
نقوم بتوزيع الإرسال على مدار ساعات لضمان أفضل معدلات وصولWe stagger email delivery over hours to ensure optimal deliverability
7. الخطط والدفع7. Plans & Payment
الخطة المجانية تتيح إرسال 500 إيميل شهرياً بحد أقصى 100 عميلThe Free plan allows sending 500 emails per month with a maximum of 100 contacts
الخطط المدفوعة متوفرة حسب الأسعار المعلنة على الموقعPaid plans are available at the prices advertised on our website
الدفع يتم بشكل شهري مقدماً ويتجدد تلقائياًPayment is monthly, prepaid, and auto-renewing
يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت من خلال إعدادات الحسابYou can cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
8. إخلاء المسؤولية8. Disclaimer
الخدمة مقدمة "كما هي" (as is) بدون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنيةThe service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
لا نضمن وصول 100% لكل الإيميلات المرسلة عبر المنصةWe do not guarantee 100% delivery of all emails sent through the Platform
لسنا مسؤولين عن محتوى الإيميلات التي يرسلها التاجر عبر المنصةWe are not responsible for the content of emails sent by merchants through the Platform
لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام المنصةWe are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Platform
9. إنهاء الخدمة9. Termination
يمكنك إلغاء حسابك في أي وقت من خلال إعدادات الحسابYou can cancel your account at any time through account settings
نحتفظ بحق إيقاف أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط بدون إشعار مسبقWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice
عند إلغاء الحساب، سيتم حذف جميع بياناتك خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ الإلغاءUpon account cancellation, all your data will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation
يمكنك طلب تصدير بياناتك قبل الإلغاء من خلال التواصل مع فريق الدعمYou can request a data export before cancellation by contacting our support team
10. القانون الحاكم10. Governing Law
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية وتُفسَّر وفقاً لها. أي نزاع ينشأ عن استخدام المنصة يخضع للاختصاص القضائي للمحاكم المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
